A bit of citric crispness upfront that quickly fades into a sweet fruity note, balanced with a boozy, oaky barrel-aged complexity and traditional nutty and chocolate notes in the aftertaste. Wonderful depth of flavor with a clean finish.
At our City roast you'll find higher citric brightness and fruitiness balanced on the nutty side, with a chocolaty factor and barrel-aged darker complexity with fruity highlights as the cup develops. With its more potent tastes, a longer brew setup will help smooth things out and reduce some of the wilder tones.
